Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within two business days until November 1 - December 18, where processing time might take up to five business days. Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with FREE SHIPPING option.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to P.O. and APO/FPO addresses. On ocassion, there might be an issue with the address which might cause us to reach out to you with the address details. We will let you know during the above processing time if such an issue occurs.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive notification via email when your order has shipped. Please send us an email with any additional questions and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Damages
We understand things happen during transit. We will try to work with you on creating another order if items are lost in transit. Its rare, but it does happen. If your item arrives damaged, contact us to work on a resolution.
If your package is lost, we can work together on that as well. You may have to file a claim with USPS. We can also work on creating another transaction for you in the meantime.
